Mission
To offer instruction in Kung Fu, Taiji, Qigong and Zen Meditation to everyone, without obstacles.
So people of all ages, ethnicities, and religious backgrounds may reach their full human potential.
And by doing so, create a diverse and inclusive training environment that reflects a harmonious society.
Vision
We are creating a mindful society grounded in Shaolin Chan and Soto Zen Buddhist philosophies and martial arts,
We hope to study how to reconcile the realities of the human condition with the enlightenment of spiritual development.
Our hope is to experience the tranquility and mindfulness of the Shaolin monks in our modern, busy lives.
While we offer Buddhist services and explore how Chinese martial arts are connected to spirituality, people of all faiths are welcomed. We instruct individuals with very diverse backgrounds. We do not persuade students to change their belief systems. We encourage conversation about the relevancy of these practices to all belief systems and ways of life.
