This is a formal, Soto Zen 5-Day event for experienced meditators. You may do 1, 2, 3 or all 5 days.
It is a combination of Sitting and Walking mediation and Buddhist ritual service.
The retreat will be led by Taigen Dan Leighton, and Hogetsu Laurie Belzer, both certified dharma teachers in the lineage of Shunryu Suzuki.
