Damo’s Cave is a small room that sits upstairs from the kung fu workout area.
It will be open for anyone to come in during our regular business hours to sit in meditation.
It is also available for meditation instruction.
You must attend a small orientation before you may access The Cave.
“Damo” is the shortened version of the Chinese “Putidamo,” or who the West knows better as Bodhidharma, the first ancestor of Zen.
