This is a formal, Soto Zen Full Day event for experienced meditators.
It is a combination of Sitting and Walking mediation and Buddhist ritual service.
The retreat will be led by Hogetsu Laurie Belzer, a certified dharma teacher in the lineage of Shunryu Suzuki.
