Many people find it difficult to meditate in silence and stillness. We lead busy lives. The constant churning of thoughts and ideas may make contemplative concentration a challenge.
Guided meditation is a process by which participants meditate in response to the guidance provided by a trained practitioner or teacher. The concentrated focus on the teacher’s instructions has been known to help beginners become acquainted with the meditative experience. It can aid deep relaxation.
Practice will begin with a short series of loosening exercises and warm up. Nathan Paulus will then use verbal instructions to assist in focusing the mind.
