Experience what it is like to spend the day living like a Shaolin monk.
Held at: HealthKick Kung Fu
The day will consist of kung fu, taiji, qigong and meditation.
For sitting meditation you may sit on floor cushions or in a chair.
Explore for yourself how each complements each other and informs your practice.
Open to the general public.
We will adhere to this schedule:
9:30 AM – 10:15 AM Warmups & Taiji
10:15 AM – 11:45 AM Kung Fu
11:45 AM – 12:00 PM Taiji
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Lunch Break & Discussion
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM Qigong, Walking & Sitting Meditation
