Experience what it is like to spend the day living like a Shaolin monk.

Held at: HealthKick Kung Fu

The day will consist of kung fu, taiji, qigong and meditation. 

For sitting meditation you may sit on floor cushions or in a chair.

Explore for yourself how each complements each other and informs your practice. 

Open to the general public. 

We will adhere to this schedule:

  • 12:30 PM – 1:15 PM Warmups & Taiji
  • 1:15 PM – 2:15 PM Kung Fu
  • 2:15 PM – 2:30 PM Break
  • 2:45 PM – 3:30 PM Full Moon Ceremony

There are scheduled breaks.
