Experience what it is like to spend the day living like a Shaolin monk.
Held at: HealthKick Kung Fu 10 person MAX
AND Online via “GoToMeeting”
The day will consist of kung fu, taiji, qigong and meditation. For sitting meditation you may sit on floor cushions or in a chair.
Explore for yourself how each complements each other and informs your practice.
Open to the general public.
We will adhere to this schedule:
9:30 AM – 10:30 AM Kung Fu
10:30 AM – 11:15 AM Taiji
11:15 AM – 12:00 PM Qigong
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Break & Discussion
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM Walking & Sitting Meditation
There are scheduled breaks.
