People who studied martial arts, qigong or meditation in the past and want to revisit their practice.
We offer four types of Retreats that are open to the general public:
- Renew & Reconnect Meditation & Qigong Retreats
- Shaolin Warrior Retreats. These offer the combined Kung Fu, Taiji, Qigong and Meditation curriculum
- Taiji Introductory Classes & Workshops explore taiji as a single practice
- All-Day Meditation retreats
